I would not recommend the shop to anyone looking to have body work done on their vehicle and warn them to stay away. The time frame was long and the work was okay at best.

I am somewhat satisfied with the job. The shop was able to remove the dents from the panels, and the paint job color on the vehicle repair matches my color well. My issue is the details put into the paint job. There are visible smudges and paint defects and smudges near the passenger and driver side door handles. Also the body shop left the painter's tape inside the gas compartment of the vehicle.

It was a terrible experience with the Xtreme Collision. The body shop gave me a timeline of 1 week but kept my vehicle in their shop for close to three weeks. When requesting reasoning for why there was a delay or for an updated timeline, they chose to avoid answering my calls and text messages. When requesting progress pictures of the vehicle, the body shop chose to not respond. Calling the body shop did not help as well since they did not pick up during their regular hours. Texting was also not helpful as they would not respond. The body shop did not and would not answer most inquiries on during the repair and excused their own behavior as due to employee neglect, not showing up to work, and having multiple cars ahead of my repair.

Made a 4 day repair job into 3 weeks. Not happy at all, had to rent and borrow a car. I want to know if I can get compensation for not getting a rental from kemper. James who runs the location i left my car at was helpful and good. Until he left on vacation, which lead to nothing getting done. Very upset at kemper for the recommendation of extreme collision and for not providing at least a rental.

They paint the car too dark the paint that was matching with it supposed to be doesn’t make sense that you get recommended customers are your Body Shop to repair cars. They’re not doing well job. I’m in a disagree with them cause I told him the color no match he told me that was the color it’s too dark and unhappy. I don’t care points if I wish I feel bad reviews for them.

The color on the fixed body part 2 different colors the shop said that they required a new bumper but did not get a new bumper instead used the damaged bumper back on the car and there’s multiple reviews online with the same complaints

Super professional and accommodating with my schedule as I was traveling out of the country during the repair. If I need repairs in the future I will definitely use them again!

Only reason it’s not a 10 is because it took them two months to get me my car back. Car only needed interior work and they started working on the the week they gave it back so my car just sat there over a month.
