The body work looks great. The reverse lights wear not re-installed in the rear bumper. The bed cover was not installed correctly and there were sap droppings on the windshield!

They was paint spots on my rims that I asked to be removed but wasn’t. And there was a part on my car where you can see that they painted but did a poor job at it. I was worried that the piece would start to come off down the line. They did fix it. But that’s something that was noticeable and I wish they got it right the first time instead of me having to say something.

The repair looked great, with a new bumper and tail light and nice paint job. Like new.

It was excellent. All the staff were polite, professional, and helpful. Bernardo saw to my vehicle immediately upon my arrival, even though I had not called ahead of time. He also returned my phone calls promptly during the time my car was being repaired. The girl at the front desk waited for me to arrive to pick up my repaired vehicle, even though I arrived a few minutes after closing.

the quality of the repair as well as the quality of the customer service is absolutely excellent. however, xtreme collision had my car for over a month. i understand that they needed to wait for parts, however of all the people i know who have needed catalytic converters (4 counting myself) in the last year, no one has had to wait more than 8 days for their repair. this makes me wonder why i had to wait 33 days for mine. other than that, the customer service was very friendly.
