Repair was good and it did take an extra month and a half from when I was told I would be receiving it but when getting my truck back we noticed a nail in the tire as we were leaving the parking lot. Communication was very bad and my updates on when things were moving along wouldn’t happen I would have to call a few times to get some more information about my vehicle. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Towards the end of the repairs I was told they were getting ready to install the bed liner then off to the polish then a few days later I was told the same thing.

The job took longer than expected. However the staff were friendly and let me know right away of what was happening. They did an excellent job on my wife's car. My one issue was it took longer than expected.

The repair work where the damage was at was fixed as needed does not have any issues. The condition of the vehicle as it was returned to me was extremely poor and unsatisfactory. Dried glue on the inside of my windshield. The inside of my seats covered in dirt and dust. Had to pay out of my own pocket to be cleaned. Trash left inside the cab and bed of vehicle. And was left stranded out of town because my vehicle battery was changed without me knowing the cables for the battery where left loose on the battery and the battery hold down and bolt where just laying under the hood. I will not ever take a vehicle back to Xtreme collision in Lemoore

I would highly recommend. Their reputation is as solid as their work. My service tech at Subaru in Fresno confirmed in a conversation, they are a really good shop and he knows they do really good work.

My car was taken care off, I scaled it 8/10 because of how long it took to get it back, it was mostly out of there hands because of supply chain issues, I spent about $1500 on rentals which is why am frustrated.

They had my wifes car for 3 months to the day. Im not a mechanic but that seems pretty excessive. After we got car back, the first day my wife drove it the AC quit and then it overheated and stopped. She happened to be in the parking lot of Extreme Collision when this happened. Omar was the only mechanic there at the time and he was very nice and helpful, he gave my wife and her freind a ride home and then went back to shop and diagnosed the car. Recieved a call from Russell within a couple hours to let us know what the problem was and would be getting it taken care of first thing monday morning. I know there have been issues at this place with employees leaving and 3 months ago I was leary of the service and not very happy. However the poeple who have worked with us on the car repair in the last couple weeks have been a completely different experience - very satisfied and have all the confidence in Extreme Collision again. Thank you Omar, and thank you Russell, and to thank you to the female in the front office I apologize I do not remember her name.

There is an issue with my braking system on my accident settings that was malfunctioning and causing my car to randomly brake. I mentioned an issue with the brakes to the technician before taking my car and they said it was normal. The entire process of repairing my car took entirely too long and they didn't even clean it out or repaint the rear area that had scratches from my collision. Very poor job. I had went with the services previously due to my insurance and they did pretty good but will no longer recommend it. Mr. Jose is a great member and did the best he could though and I appreciate that.
