Henry Yach II successfully operated the company from 1969 to 2012. Henry Yach III took ownership of the company in 2013. Yach’s specializes in Auto body repair and related automotive services. Yach’s is an I-CAR Gold certified facility. When something went wrong after pick up, I did feel that Yach’s cared and went above and beyond to help remedy the situation. I was especially impressed that two employees came to my house to pick up the vehicle when I was unable to bring it in myself. The apology card and gas gift card was very much appreciated.

Would have maybe liked a few more updates but definitely a fan of the text updates and friendly staff for the most part. Was a mix up with the rental vehicle but other than that I was satisfied to get a call right away when a rental was available.

I cannot imagine a better experience than what we had at Yach’s. In a time when so many businesses seem to operate at the bare minimum, Yach’s clearly values excellence in all they do! Their team proactively contacted us to help coordinate the initial assessment, provided real-time updates along the way, managed to significantly expedite our repair, and cleaned and washed our vehicle before we picked it up. Though I’m sure there are other good body/repair shops in Wausau area, Yach’s has proven to be a place that operates with a rare balance of integrity, quality, efficiency and genuine care for the client.
