Alex was awesome he kept me up to date with the progress and was very polite and patient when answering my questions. I appreciate that the day I picked up my car they waited for me even though it was really close to closing I really appreciate that because I was coming from a long distance! Thank you guys!!!

After tornado hail tore into my 7 month old car, Alex took charge immediately — dropped me off at home during the quote, then brought my car back afterward. That alone shows how seriously they treat their customers. They communicated every step of the way during the repairs — not just quick texts via carwise, but actual phone calls. That level of communication is rare, and it was genuinely reassuring. The repair work is spotless. Every dent gone. Car body is smooth. Paint matched perfectly. The entire team operates with discipline, skill, and respect for the customer’s time. I’m super happy with the work they did! And the surprise? A Starbucks gift card. How did they know I like Starbucks. That small detail says everything about how intentional they are. I highly recommend Yaffo Auto Body. From the first time I spoke with Ashfer by phone, I was pleased with the information he provided me. From there, I contacted Sate Farm selecting your shop as my choice. You went and picked up the Honda the same day. The next day, we came out to see the our Honda and you already had the new keys made. Every few days, I received a text, keeping me informed of the progress with an attachment of the bill showing the Itemize cost of repairs. If there were any changes in the scheduled finish date, you kept me informed by the text and a follow up call. I think you extended special care towards our Honda. When we came to pick up our Honda, You spent a little more time just explaining to us how your company works and the other services you provide. You gave us a gift card. You extended a great deal of kindness and care towards Lewis.and I. I sincerely appreciate all you have done and your professionalism. I have already told people about your shop and how I would recommend your shop.

Thr repairs exceeded my ecpectations. Alex provided good customet service and professionalism. However, the rest of my car had dirt, dust around car and what looks like paint on tires. There seemed to not been a lot of effort to protect the non-repaired areas. I noticed some scrates on my front right tailliight and black frame around right passenger window. I asked for the before pictures but have not rec'd them.
