Thr repairs exceeded my ecpectations. Alex provided good customet service and professionalism. However, the rest of my car had dirt, dust around car and what looks like paint on tires. There seemed to not been a lot of effort to protect the non-repaired areas. I noticed some scrates on my front right tailliight and black frame around right passenger window. I asked for the before pictures but have not rec'd them.

Great customer satisfaction! The guys are friendly and work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied & walking away with a smile. I ran into a few issues with my car but Ashford & Alex was very nice and did not stop until I was completely satisfied and happy. I recommend their service!!!

Each staff that I talked with were responsive and courteous, the repair work was great and on schedule, the SUV could have been cleaner inside, but overall I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this auto repair company!
