I won’t use this facility again. Unfortunately not all were bad in the shop. But when you are given a run around about repairs when you had ample time to fix it.

Im honestly just tired of typing. Terrible experience I would not recommend to anybody I care about. Maybe someone I hate, just so they could experience the most frustrating event of their lives.

After such a long wait, the paintwork still had blemishes that needed fixing. The entire experience was so exhausting that even though we were charged 12k, it's not even worth taking the car back to have it painted correctly.

I would dread having to call in for updates once we crossed to 30 day mark. We got the runaround so many times, got contradicting updates essentially everytime we would call in. Christie or whoever the manager we kept getting transferred to was such a terrible person to interact with. Always had the worst attitude and would never show any kind of empathy, especially considering it was them at fault. She had the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. Brittany was great to speak with, and I don't believe it was her fault for the contradicting updates as im sure she was just relaying whatever the shop told her. I just want to reiterate how terrible of a job Christie or however you spell her name is doing in representing yaklin ford's customer service.
