No communication on updates during car repair. At start up the car made a terrible sound once you stepped on the gas. Ghetto rude screaming manager Bridgette and her receptionist that got up from her desk like she was going to get physical.

Manager Bridgette was extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all whatsoever. She raised her voice and made the situation worse. Receptionist christy as well.

You did not complete repairs properly, my mirror is still askew, you guys scratched up and soiled my interior during repairs, you did not re-install the interior of the door you repaired properly. And instead of repairing damage to the clear coat, you just waxed it, to hide the fact you didn't repair it. You parked car where it got dinged, and you scratched the good side (side not in for repair). And though your staff was polite and friendly, I felt they were only interested in getting rid of me vs addressing my issues with your work. I basically feel violated as my car is in worse condition after getting back from you, than when I dropped it off. This experience was a total nightmare and I still have to see about getting my car repaired properly!

This is in for warranty repair so I guess I get shoved to the back of the line…. but no way would I bring my car in or ever recommend you… not after I’ve been treated

You’ve had my car since September 6th and I have received no information other than the call I made on September on September 14th saying that you haven’t even gotten to it. I’ve had to rent a car at my expense as I wait. No timetable, no calls for the advisor, nothing.

We picked the truck up and the new bumper was terrible. I don't think it was a ford bumper i know it was an aftermarket one because of the craftsmanship and now they have to order a new one. That bumper should have never been put on the truck. We have pictures if you need them. Now we have to go through the trouble of bringing the truck back again and picking it back up. We could have used several shops but we chose yours. Not happy

We where very unhappy with the work, they dumper was messed up. We where called and told the truck was ready. When it should of never been put on messed up. I have pictires od the messed up bumper.
