We picked the truck up and the new bumper was terrible. I don't think it was a ford bumper i know it was an aftermarket one because of the craftsmanship and now they have to order a new one. That bumper should have never been put on the truck. We have pictures if you need them. Now we have to go through the trouble of bringing the truck back again and picking it back up. We could have used several shops but we chose yours. Not happy

We where very unhappy with the work, they dumper was messed up. We where called and told the truck was ready. When it should of never been put on messed up. I have pictires od the messed up bumper.

I was really happy with the repair that was done on my 2018 Charger. Miss Betty and miss Ada in the Collision Center made the whole process really easy to get done. I took my car to another shop and they said they needed to order the parts to complete my repair and they would call us, they never did!! Miss Bettery got my parts ordered and the car fixed at a very fast pace and it didn’t take months which is what I waited at the other place before getting tired of looking at my car damaged. Thank you for the great job that was done and I will be using your shop again if the need ever arises. The only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was the repair that was done on my door panel interior but that job was outsourced through a company in Houston. Later on down the road I will get it fixed back to like- new specs. It will do for now but didn’t want too much downtime so I was just trying that aspect of the services that y’all offered. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
