body work was top notch, the service work I had performed however, was abysmal.

I had aftermarket headlight bulbs installed, when the housing was replaced these were discarded despite being in working order. when I contacted the body shop manager I was told that it must have been thrown away and I would have to buy some new ones. This is very disappointing to me because my truck was not returned back to the condition I feel that I was promised. The flippant attitude of the manager as well to his shops screwup is also very frustrating.

Took 4 different bumpers to get the right one in. There are a few scratches in my clear coat that weren’t there when I dropped the truck off. The repaired area looks great but it has not been a pleasant experience.
