The work was done well, everything was repaired to OEM spec, the repair took longer than I thought it should and the clean up after the repair could have been better, the passenger side window and passenger side of the windshield were filthy when the light hit them the next morning and the passenger mirror looks cloudy, possibly overspray, I haven't had a chance to clean it, that will happen tomorrow. but all in all it was a good experience.

This was my second time doing business with Yokem Collision Center. I was impressed the first time. And this time, Yokem managed to exceed my expectations! Yokem made the process convenient and seamless. At drop off, Yokem arranged a ride to the car rental office. Yokem continuously updated me during the entire process. When I arrived at Yokem to pick up my car, the representative greeted me with a beautiful smile and attitude. Then, she graciously arranged to have Enterprise pick up my rental from Yokem. This enabled me to jump into my car, and cruise away without a care. And!!!! It was 100 degrees when I picked up my car, so the Yokem rep pulled it around, got the AC going and sent me on my way with a smile and a wave. Wow!!!! What I am impressed with Yokem’s ability to make my car look like it was NEVER the victim of a hit-and-run…AND I am SUUUUUUUPPPEEERRR impressed with the Yokem staff’s service and personal care.
