Chris and his crew had a great amount of attention to detail. If they hadn't caught what was additionally found (which wouldn't have been found without experience) the frame of my vehicle would still be damaged with new parts in place. Chris took me through the process and kept up to date with repairs. He continued to show that he took care of his guests and did whatever it took to get the job done correctly and done correctly the first time. Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job and made it easy on me with a seamless transition between a rental car and getting back into my vehicle once repairs were finished. I couldn't thank him enough by the time I got my vehicle back. You couldn't tell anything had ever happened. I thank Chris, his crew and all the hardworking people at yokem for their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. All issues were addressed and given the correct amount of attention.
