I had intended to write you a letter commending your whole procedure for my auto repair! Chris quickly handled getting my info. into the computer and getting me a price. He kept me informed throughout the process, got the work done on time and well, and I loved having my car cleaned and looking like new when I picked it up. He was both professional and nice, so he was easy to work with. Also, your receptionist was very pleasant, took care of my questions and called Enterprise for me. Another adjuster also took it upon himself to call Enterprise again when they had not arrived promptly. Overall, I noticed all your people in this area being considerate and helpful to those who came in. Good service and good job on work. But i have to bring it back due to wind noise. Also cut in leather in door panel , scratch on repair side and door doesn't unlock automatically with key when you pull on door handle.

Good work but there is a deep scratch on the back of the truck on the side where the work was done. There is a cut in the leather on the door panel that was took off. Wind noise now wasn't there before. And the door unlock auto when you get next to it with key pad.

They didn't even finish the repairs. The were supposed to order a part and they still to this day have not called me back.

The plastic surround on the fog light, while not damaged (cracked/broken) it is smudged so expected it to be cleaned up. Looks out of character.
