I felt that the service experience overall was poor. I am happy with their work. The appointment was booked so far out that the part should have been ordered well in advance. Communication was poor and promises not kept.

The shop told me Thursday it would be done, then they told me it was going to be Friday. I called on Friday and they told me the part hadn't arrived yet and it would be Tuesday. I had the appointment booked weeks in advance. I wished they would have kept me in the loop better. Overall the communication was poor.

I do not believe that they are completely honest to their customers on how they are going to repair the vehicles body work or mechanical!
