Young did a fantastic job on our van. They did our fusion a couple years back as well and everything has went smooth on both occasions. Loaner was clean and new. No problems and communicate well. Only negative thing I could say is it took a couple weeks to get a loaner as they are busy. Which you really can't complain about.

Excellent customer service and care at the body shop (Mike Snyder). The young lady in his office was very accommodating in scheduling my vehicle in for repair. My vehicle was repaired one day earlier than projected. The repair looks like the damage had never happened. All staff that touched my vehicle performed very professionally, even at the time payment.
