The tie rod issue really bothered me. I would not risk it happening to anyone I love.

The bumper replacement was great I'd give a ten but I noticed that my tie rod end lock nuts were left unthreaded on the shafts for both sides. This is pretty dangerous hence the lower score. Customer service was on point as always.

I was very saddened on the way they left my interior of my car after painting there was plenty of dust all over my car's interior that is now very hard to remove. The office was very friendly and professional and I feel as though so that's why I'm so disappointed on the outcome. I've been a customer at your location for several years and look forward to picking up my car only to find the results that I found that were unsatisfactory.
