The body work is good but the car is not fixed

They told me my car would be ready a week before it actually was, they changed the ready date 3 times without informing me, I had to call them each day it was supposed to be ready and they kept saying they needed it a few more days. Finally after a month I got it back and it?s running terribly. The RPMs are too high, it?s running really rough, and the transmission & ignition are having problems.
