Received one phone call on July 3rd to confirm my drop off date and I did not receive another call during my repair. I had to call to only be told they would call me back with an update. Those calls never happened.

I still haven’t heard back from you if your going to make my bumper match the rest of my car. It is fine on the passenger side , however the drivers side looks awful. Everyone agrees with me that you can tell the difference in color really bad even at a distance. I talked to insurance and they said they hadn’t heard anything from you on this. You told me you were going to check with them on this ? We have always done business with your company on everything before and this is the first time we’ve had problems and it is a problem.
