The job took an extra day due to a broken windshield by the technician. When I picked up my truck the new windshield still had stickers on it. I had to ask to have them removed as I waited. Once I left I noticed that the rearview mirror was not appropriately attached and it shook violently while driving. I had to call back in after the weekend to come in and get that fixed. All and all I just done feel like the attention to detail was there... The reason I brought my truck in was to fix the sunroof, after the small issues and lack of oversight and checks and balances I don't fully trust the work done on my sunroof...

Everyone was super nice when I talked with them so I hate to leave such bad reviews, but the lack of communication, the lack of a clean car, nobody making sure the repair was satisfactory when I picked up the car, means that I would not recommend your shop.

There is some dust in the paint where the car was painted. Not thrilled about that.

There was very little communication. I had to call days after getting the estimate to find out the next step. My car took 5 days longer than they originally stated. I totally understand that things don't always go to plan but nobody called to let me know it was going to be longer. I always had to call to get information.

Not good communication with me regarding my repair. I had to call to get an update the majority of the time. I got my car back and it is not correct. I have to take it back in to have it fixed properly.

The quality of work was great and the people I dealt with were always responsive and helpful. Having a damaged vehicle is never a fun thing to have to deal with but the people there made the process less stressful.
