Repairs were good but my car came out of the shop with new scratches that I had to ask them to buff out

Very poor communication. Was never able to talk to anyone who was in charge of working on my car, only the receptionist. Completion date kept changing and was told multiple times it "should" be finished by a certain date. Received a call that it was ready 15 minutes before they closed so I had to wait to pick it up until the next day. They could've reached out to me earlier in the day saying that it would be done by end of day so I could make arrangements to come pick it up.
