If you want to be highly inconvenienced and not compensated with a rental for their causing the inconvenience then this is your place. If you want your car back on time and with no issues they caused and are dragging their feet to fix, then find somewhere else.

My car was returned to me on 9-17-19. They gave it back to me with a low battery and a non working key device after having had my car for repairs. I called Steve and he said to bring it in the next day. My husband did and was told Steve wasn’t there and no one knew anything about it. My husband has had to bring the car back 2 additional times and at the moment it is sitting in front of my house, STILL not fixed. They returned it to us stating they are still waiting on the part. I had to complain to my insurance adjuster regarding the inconvenience and the battery issue. When we picked it up a week ago now, Steve said they would be installing a new battery once the part for the door/key device comes in. In the meantime I am unable to drive it because the battery is extremely low and the car barely starts and makes a ticking noise. None of this was the case before the car was taken to them for the hit and run repairs.

I still sit here with a car I can’t drive and no compensation for the extreme inconvenience because I can’t drive my car to and from work knowing it will die at any given point.

This is the most horrible place I ever fix my car at, I have to call several times to ask when my car is ready, they told me in certain days, when I call, they said another few days. They did this 3 times. They do not know how to estimate when they can finish. Another problem, several days after I picked up the car, I discovered that the right rate light which is the same part they worked on does not work. I have to return it again. Further more, several days later I discovered that the brake right side light is not the red as the left, but it is the yellow, and the flash light to turn to right is red not yellow, so I have to return the car for second time to fix it.
