I'm happy with Steve, claim rep, but it was obvious how busy he was. I don't feel my truck was treated with care. Less the repairs, it was returned in worse condition than delivered.

Claims rep Steve was great. Truck was returned filthy. Paint overspray dust around the truck and in the truck on the driver's column and stearing wheel, which means the window was down or door open. Obvious where body filler was applied due to uneven surface and bubble indents. Screws under wheel well painted white and overspray onto wheel well plastic. (Original screws on opposite side are Black). Bed of truck contained trash from paint masking, razor blade, wrench socket and broken plastic pieces. Underside of Backflip tonneau cover covered in overspray dust, as well as entire truck bed. Backflip tonneau cover did not close properly and had to be readjusted.

Claim rep Steve was a pleasure to work with, but feel he is very busy. Didn't receive any updates. Had to call myself when truck wasn't ready as promised

Steve started when I dropped my car off he’d call my to give me status, he NEVER called me 1x. When picking up car, he NEVER walked around the car with me and just walked away. Quality of the work looks good, but customer service is LACKING

They did great work, they didn't cut any corners on my camery, I got Steve and he was very professional called me and gave me updates all the time which I appreciate. They have been the best body shop I've been to
