Each day that goes by, a gross negligence on the repair work is seen. Today's observation; trim on the rear passenger door is popping off. This is the same door that a few days ago was noticed to be terribly misaligned.

Have to take vehicle back in for additional repairs. Door is not aligned, adhesive inside of door is not aesthetically pleasing.

I didnt notice at first but when I got home and looked closer one side sticks out more than the other it looks like it is not suppose to fit but they made it so its a little off

Your customer service is outstanding but your ability to match paint is a serious problem. Both my car and the other person's car were repaired at your business and we both are unsatisfied with the color difference from the original parts to the new parts. I believe your business needs to fix the issue we are not satisfied with. Please contact me about fixing the paint.

On the auto collision part , any time. They do great work, but the mechanical sucks
