The repairs took longer than originally quoted but Yucaipa auto collision went the extra step to make me feel like my business was important to them! Thanks for a great job and bringing my car to me when it was completed. It made my life much less complicated this week!

Brian was wonderful! He kept me updated as to the progress of my car. Everytime I spoke to him, he was very, very courteous. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. My daughter picked up the car (this is her car), and when she came home and I saw the car, I thought it was a different car! The work done was extraordinary!

Brian Chennault was a pleasure to do business with. From my first phone call until we picked up the car today, I was informed as to what to expect, when to expect it and what possible delays may come up and the anticipated time to completion. I have dealt with a number of body shops in my life, but Yucaipa Auto Collision was the most professional. Beside Brian doing such an excellent job with clear communication, the work on the car was flawless. In the past, I had a rather negative experience with using Allstate's recommended body shop, so J was cautious when E-surance gave me a list of choices. The incredible job YAC did on the car, coupled with the lifetime guarantee and Brian's excellent communication skills showed me I had nothing to be concerned about. Not only will I highly reccomend them to others, I am going to have them work on my other car as well. Your excellence is appreciated.

Customer service is obviously a top priority. Automated emails are ok, but anytime I had a question, Brian was always available or would call back within a very reasonable amount of time. All my questions were answered and I never felt like he was in hurry-

Customer service is excellent! Yucaipa Auto is willing to work with the customer to provide better service and cater to the customer's needs. The manager, Brian, was very friendly and easy to talk to. I felt his sincerity in wanting to help.
