When you talk to someone on the phone and they say they painted the whole door then when you tell him about the scratch and he tells you that he didn't paint it all that he blended it and when you do that it brings out what ever scratches and shows them more. You would think if that's the case they would let you know about before they do it.

I am a return customer of this shop and I would readily return my car to this facility. The owners and front desk people are nice and they always explain what is going on. Also, they have helped me in the past when I had to get my car fixed and they were very helpful even after they gave me my car back. Thank you guys for being so nice and patient with a girl who is really dumb with car lingo :D

The car took 14 more business days than promised. I had to call them everytime to find out what was going on. Throughout the 3 and a half weeks they had my car they only called once. They only reason I am happy and not writing poor reviews on facebook and yelp is because they paid the damage waiver fees from rental car place. Since it took an extra 14 days. I know they were over booked but they didn't communicate and that's what was so frustrating.
