Zamora’s Auto Body shop was incredible! Top notch customer service from beginning to end. They kept me apprized of my vehicles progress via txt and when there was a minor delay due to an unexpected back ordered part they reached out in person. My vehicle had mostly cosmetic damage to the front end/ side panel and the repair is flawless. I highly recommend Zamora’s, thank you for taking good care of my car.

Continual miscommunication about when car repairs would be completed. Was sent several messages that had scheduled repairs finishing on Friday but received late call (on Friday) that repair wouldn’t be ready until early Tuesday because of car coming out of paint late. Arrived on Tuesday after Labor Day to receive car buy again was advised (in the office) by front desk that it was still not ready. No one at Zamora’s seemed to care about inconvenience that this caused in my day. I will make sure USAA understands my frustration with their recommended/preferred service location.
