Back bumper sits approximately 3/4" lower then it should. The gap between top of bumper and bottom of tailgate should have approximately 7/8" to 1" gap. It now is 1-3/4" gap. Also the tail gate will not open. I've tried using my key to lock and unlock still won't open. Thank you Nathanael
