The Zamora Auto Body Team was very professional and prompt in dealing with my claim and repair. All steps of the process were thoroughly explained to me and then performed accordingly. The repair was promptly and satisfactorily performed. I particularly appreciated the extended courtesies including cleaning both the outside and the inside of my car (locating my missing ear rings in the process) and performing a free buffing of a mess I had made with touchup paint in a previous unrelated incident. I very much appreciated the courteous treatment extended to me. Thanks.

I took my car in for inurance work... I also included additional work I needed done. They missed to one of the spot and I was told it wasn't part of the quote. My question why did you not include the spot in the quote? Why wasn't I informed earlier that the one spot was not included in the quote.
