Johnna was great! An extra two trips to the shop (and days without my car) could have been avoided if I was notified of two separate cosmetic issues before making the extra trips. Otherwise, I am pleased with the work and appreciate the customer care. Thanks

I had my car repaired at Zoel’s Autobody after an accident, and they did a great job with the bodywork—the damage was fixed, and the car looks great. However, since getting it back, I’ve been noticing clicking sounds and some issues when braking. I’m not sure if this is related to the front-end damage, but I’d like to speak with someone to have it assessed. Overall, solid repair work, but I need to ensure everything is fully resolved.
