customer service, politeness, professionalism score 10, body work score 9, exhaust work score 5. i am sure you sublet the exhaust work but, your company is in control of the overall repair. When someone cut off my converters they left the factory flanges allowing factory style replacement parts to be bolted in. Whoever did the repair work cut off the factory flanges. They then bent pipe and used universal converters with incompatible sized pipe. There are 2 (farm weld) attempts to downsize the pipe.. This style of work should not be used on modern cars. It is sealed and working but is poor quality. .
