Jason was my estimator, he provided excellent communication throughout the process. Let me know when I would receive updates and what to expect along the way. Never skipped a bear. Also, the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. I have a Jaguar and had some initial concerns on parts/ paint/ect. The team explained the process, how it works and what outcomes there could be, which really helped me a lot. Overall the job, communication, and customer service was exceptional! I would recommend to anyone and pray I don’t have to come back, but definitely would if something happened.

Everything seems to be looking and functioning just fine. The entire staff was very pleasant. I really like the fact that I didn’t have to call for a status update because they texted me every Tuesday and Thursday with the latest update. I also like that they cleaned the car and had it smelling oh sooo good!!
