There actual work or repairs looks to be very good that they did on the vehicle but the turn around time yo completion and customer communication are horrible. The texting system they use is not helpful but calling the office is as useless as well. People in office had no idea what was going on with the vehicles.

They only change one full light and what happened to the second one. You don’t care to change the second one but why????. Even my front engine is not cover I have been calling them no response. My carpet rug in the front is missing too.

Repair was as good as of today Repair shop was definitely hard to reach unless I had my insurance company call - which was at times VERY frustrating (On 6-8 occasions I called I couldn’t reach anyone and wasn’t called back) Repair was over 7-8 days after the app finished date that was stated (App doesn’t get updated - may I ask why ? ) Never received any call backs - Cap on lock missing - which is kinda odd seeing as though you guys had it for over 3 weeks I would love to give 5 stared however I can’t do so But thanks for the repairs to say the least 🙏🏽

Very professional and friendly staff. They did an outstanding job repairing my truck and i totally felt the difference after driving it. I was very satisfied with the work they did and not only did they fixed it but they also washed my truck inside and out. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and they keep you up to date frequently with the status of your repairs. My repair took over a month, but was delayed due to supply chain issues, not the fault of Protech. Wish it could have been done a lot sooner but out of their hands.

The only thing I didn't know when I dropped my vehicle off and mainly after the estimate was approved, was how long it would take to be complete. I was completely in the dark with when to expedite my truck back while I was working out of town.
