Car: 2014 Toyota Venza Work Done: Replaced and painted right front fender, front bumper and right front headlight assembly My experience with ProTech Collision exceeded my expectations in every way. From the price to the customer service to the final/finished results, the entire experience was top notch and positive. I wish I could post before/after photos here because the work, especially the fitment and paint/clear coat quality were all 100% factory level quality and the color matching is perfect which is saying something because my particular Toyota Venza has a paint that's notoriously hard to match as it has about 7 sub variants. Thanks Emmy and Peter ... you've earned a repeat customer and as many referrals as I can send your way. You guys were nearly an hour away from me but it was worth the drive to get the work done right. Oh yeah ... won't go in to details but Peter was more than great as he gratuitiously fixed certain things on the body of my car that weren't even included in the quote. And can't beat a life time warranty... THanks! ~Joel

I came to know about the additional damage and repair only via my insurance when they sought more details about the incident. I myself had to check with protech about the details. After this was done, finally, there was a door latch problem which I was not aware of when I dropped the car. It took several days to get the details on the door latch. On the so called daily updates from protech, which, started coming in only after I contacted them, I requested several times to provide me the details of carwise either via text or email but that never happened. I had come to this place in early 2020, that time it was under a different management/owner. It was an awesome experience that time, it is no where close to that experience this time. Will neither recommend nor come back.

Damaged part reused, small dent is noticeable and I have no idea why it wasn't repaired, and my hood doesn't close with ease as it did before. Wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone, not for out-of-pocket repairs or insurance claims.
