My brackets were not even welded back to my truck on my headlight where it should have been buffed says buff with a arrow and a black scuff that wasn't buffed my fog lights are covered by green tape and my radiator hose was off my truck causing my truck to overheat there was no coolant out back into my truck and now when I lift my hood my driver headlight is not crooked and off center now and my truck is running funny now

The repairs itself inside of the car are great and I’m totally satisfied with how well my car was fixed. But I feel like it took entirely too long to repair my car. I do believe the insurance company played a huge role in. But still it was just too long. The people there are great, helpful and communicate well.

Was told my car was ready. Left work to discover my side mirror missing, the tint on the windows is misaligned and scuffed up, the rubber around the window is ripped, a ding on back door that wasn't there when I brought the car in for repair, paint dust and grease prints in the interior which is cream colored. Almost a week later and still don't have my side mirror. I do not understand who felt my car was ready with no side mirror
