I had gotten a phone call from a young lady telling me that my vehicle would be ready for pickup when I went to pick it up they told me that the car was still being repaired. Obviously I was very confused considering I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup on Monday August 10th I explained to her I would not be able to arrive until Tuesday August 11th she told me fine when I went to pick up the vehicle it was not ready on Tuesday August the 11th. Which inconvenienced me as Rocco's is out of the way from where I was going that day. When I spoke to the woman at Rocco's she said she was sorry and that someone should have called to let me know that the vehicle would not be ready I agree with her however that did not happen.
