700 Plantation St, Worcester(508) 581-5900700 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605"Exception service especially from Ray who helped me clean my vehicle. He was very patient, even though I had reached there almost at their closing time. He wasn’t able to remove the number plate at that time. But next day he removed it with some special equipments and mailed it to me along with a check for some money he had found in the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Wagner as in addition to Ray the person I spoke to on the phone also very friendly ( sorry, forgot hr name) and answered all my questions."

128 State Route 28, Kingston(845) 331-6200128 State Route 28, Kingston, NY 12401"As noted previously, I found myself initiating more of the status inquiries than I would have preferred. That said, this was a unique repair involving parts availability challenges, and Brian was always responsive and communicated well when we connected. My only suggestion would be a slightly more proactive approach to providing updates throughout the process. A minor opportunity for improvement in an otherwise excellent customer service experience."
