88 W Main St, Middletown(845) 343-257588 W Main St, Middletown, NY 10940"Star Paint and Body was very communicative throughout the process, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The work is high quality. They went above and beyond. Upon pick-up of our vehicle, we realized they also fixed a seat belt that got stretched over the opposite seat by an impulsive child, and vacuumed out our whole vehicle. We are extremely appreciative of the detail and care they gave our vehicle."

That said, this was a unique repair involving parts availability challenges, and Brian was always responsive and communicated well when we connected. My only suggestion would be a slightly more proactive approach to providing updates throughout the process. A minor opportunity for improvement in an otherwise excellent customer service experience."
