And then I picked up my car and it was fully detailed inside AND out. Like, cleaner than it was before I hit the deer. They also sent me home with a rain umbrella, a cup, and a flashlight, which made the whole experience feel less like “sorry about your deer-related vehicular trauma” and more like I had won a very specific game show.
