Car exceptionally repaired! As far as customer service, Northside did absolutely everything to also provide exceptional customer service. Have you used the Wappingers location in the past prior to them purchasing the location and the new owner (Northside) delivered with no disappointment. Went beyond expectations and making me the customer happy. Would recommend their services to everyone.

My service representative Ivy was excellent, communicative and friendly during a stressful experience of being injured a rear-end accident. Northside made the car repair the easiest part! My car was also returned to me with an array of Northside "merch" which was a sweet touch. Light interior detailing was also such an awesome above and beyond extra.
