I would get a different ready date and reason why each time I called. If I was told that it would be a week later or a few days I could have extended my rental but each time I called I was told it would be ready the next day and it wasn't. It took 41 days to finish the repair.

A deer ran into my 2024 Impreza and took out my drivers side front panel , crushed hood and took out my left front light . Brought my car to Jimmys Auto in Fishkill Route 52 , Jimmy and Glen told me have no worries your car will look like new . Picked up my car on Friday and the car looks better then when I bought it new . Great Work Guys, my neighbors were asking me if I bought a new car ! For the entire first week of having my car, text updates consistently said that my car would be done on 6/26. Then on the 26th I received two texts. One stating it would be done on the 29th, then a couple hours later it changed to the 30th. When I started to call on the 29th I got vague answers of "oh this part needs to be put on, then we need to drive it". Finally on July 1st my dad called, as the family was waiting for me to join them at a reunion. I was finally able to pick up my car that afternoon. I would highly recommend estimating a longer repair period, it helps with people planning their lives.
