The car seems good, there was a lot of attention to detail when cleaning it inside and out. However, I did not receive any communication the entire time my car was there. I had to call 3 times to check the status of my vehicle. The lack of communication is frustrating.

This is the second time I’ve gone to Fishkill auto body for a repair. They are friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to phone messages and emails. I chose them the second time because of what a great experience I had the first time. My car was done and looking as good as new in less time than they quoted me. Thank you!

LOL - Heidi Wheelock is the owner :) This is Heidi answering the survey - Jenn, Terry and Joey were so very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient! No matter the question I had they always answere kindly. I was always kept informed. I picked up my car very late last night so I couldn't really see her LOL but so far she looked like nothing ever happened! I am so appreciative! Thank you again so much for taking care of my girl!! Please stay safe out there because people we share the road with are sadly not very careful! I hope I can meet you all in person soon but on the other hand I hope I don't need your services :P THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!!

While the work was superb the timetable for when it would be finished was below average. The original estimate was just under two weeks. While in reality the whole process took 4 whole weeks, double the amount of estimated time without a vehicle.
