I do testify that my car came back looking brand new both inside and out. My issue was my initial experience with customer service. My intake person told me he’d be in touch w/I a week. After over a week, I had to call to remind apprize them of the oversight. Then I got a no helpful update, “ We’re working on it.” and a promise again to call w/I a week. I had to call again to get someone to give me a progress. Then, along came the fabulous Nick. He called with progress reports and a lot of information about the repair work. NICK gets the full 10 star review. He’s the very definition of customer care. I’m not going to name the other two bozos but I know who they are.

I would recommend them based on their work and their reputation, however, based on my experience, I would likely add a warning that it may take longer than expected. Basically, I would say they will do a good job and you can be confident in their work, but be prepared for possible delays. I would also be fair and point out any positive things I experienced.

Everyone was very polite. Our vehicle looks very nice and seems to be working quite well. It’s great to have it back in good condition. The repair took much longer than we had hoped, which became very costly having to pay for a rental vehicle.
