Star Paint & Body Works Inc.
88 W Main St, Middletown(845) 343-257588 W Main St, Middletown, NY 10940"Star Paint and Body was very communicative throughout the process, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The work is high quality. They went above and beyond. Upon pick-up of our vehicle, we realized they also fixed a seat belt that got stretched over the opposite seat by an impulsive child, and vacuumed out our whole vehicle. We are extremely appreciative of the detail and care they gave our vehicle."

Romeo Collision Center
128 State Route 28, Kingston(845) 331-6200128 State Route 28, Kingston, NY 12401"The repairs took longer than originally anticipated, primarily due to challenges sourcing OEM parts for a relatively unique vehicle. I recognize these circumstances were largely beyond Romeo Collision’s control and appreciate their commitment to completing the repairs properly rather than compromising quality. My only recommendation would be more proactive communication throughout the process. Updates tended to be more customer-initiated (“pull”) rather than proactively provided (“push”). More frequent status updates, even when there is little new information, would further enhance an otherwise excellent customer experience."
