Best Auto Body Shops near 13619 (Carthage, NY)

"Truthfully, I was hesitant about going to an auto shop I wasn’t familiar with, but my insurance company recommended them, so I decided to give them a chance. From the moment I walked through the door for my evaluation appointment, they completely won me over. The shop was clean, I was greeted right away, and everyone was welcoming and professional. They explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about doing what was best for me, not just what was best for the business. My car turned out great, and the turnaround time was surprisingly quick! One of the nicest surprises was getting my car back with the interior cleaned as well. As a mom of three, I can tell you that was VERY appreciated! 😂 It was such a thoughtful extra touch and honestly made my experience"

"Metro Auto Body is by far one of the best shops I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to repairing damaged vehicles. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and overall quality of work are truly impressive. I honestly can’t even tell that my car was damaged in the first place—it looks brand new again! If you want your vehicle repaired properly and looking like it just came off the lot, I highly recommend Metro Auto Body. Great work and great attention to detail!"
