What meds you can take or they will pay for, and now permission for a repair shop to do their job and fix an auto. Use to be…do the repair, submit bill, and you’d have your car within a week. Who’s under the hood….repair techs or high rise office personnel???? Now it’s, oooh we need a bulb, better get permission from the ins before we install one!!! 4days later it can be installed. Insurance Co’s have too much control. Thank you for letting me rant and for a well done job."
