When I picked up my vehicle on 8/13/26 after over 2 weeks of repair, it has missing molding on out side of driver side door & rear door, also front and back arch of wheel liner weren’t not fit in place which created openings. When back on Mon 8/17/26 for molding put back on and still waiting for other parts to be replaced since it has to reorder. I’m not happy with this at all

I wrote a glowing google review the last time I used Bob Johnson Collision and it still was a stellar experience. A year later. This time I was in for minor ding repair. An anticipated 4 hr wait time was just 50 min! I couldn’t believe it when Ashley came to let me know it was ready. They put mine in first before a longer repair so I wouldn’t have that huge wait! EXCEPTIONAL service!
