disappointed with the repair

alignment of the trunk closing is not correct. trunk slam when closing and not smooth. car is not clean there are dirt all over the vehicle. dirtier than when I brought it in. there are stain in visor that was not there before. the trunk latch is damaged during the repair

I was not notified of the status of the repair. the message sent to the wrong number and when I specifically told the repair shop which number to call when I drop off the car.
