Customer experience was good, with very courteous staff and clean facilities. The estimator provided clear expected costs and timing for repairs along the way. They also informed us that car rental was possible through insurance and suggested to get it from the rental place within walking distance. We picked our car up and it was fixed perfectly from the outside and also cleaned up as well, which is a nice touch. Thank you for your service!
