I have never had such an excellent experience with an auto repair Group than Alioto’s. The frequent updates on the progress of the work and the helpfulness of Nick in explaining the entire process was greatly appreciated

The puddle light on the drivers side mirror is a tad weaker than the original when compared to the other side. There has been an issue or 2 otherwise -- new issues that have cropped up, namely tailgate issues never before seen , though I can't say with 100% certainty that this was a product of their work. I also find the new mirror slower to auto dim than the previous one. I really don't think it's OEM, but it was a very specific feature laden mirror. I'm not sure another shop would have been able to locate a true OEM mirror with matching functionality. I don't know with total certainty that it isn't ORM, just that its function isn't identical

Alioto’s kept me informed on every step of my car repairs, I was had no problems wondering when my car would be available for pick up… they had a good communication set up with enterprise car rental service for pick up and drop off from start to finish of car repairs! the entire process was stress free! When picking up my vehicle I was at first confused ( I had to look at the license plate to make sure I walked to the correct vehicle!) It looked sooooo good!! Outside of the car as well as the inside!!!!! (My car was being serviced for exterior damage…. The interior damage inside was damage due to grandchildren stickers and snack’s… I Kidd you not.. no evidence of kids ever being in the vehicle! Except for the car seat I had to put in there at pick up!) I’m sooo happy with the service aliototo’s provided.❤️

I believe Nick checked me in, not a very friendly exchange, maybe more suited for San Rafael than Mill Valley. Or perhaps he was having a tough day and was cranky.
