I had a great experience with Alioto's Auto Body - Bayshore. My car was badly scratched on the left front bumper and wheel arch after someone sideswiped it in a hit-and-run. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. My car looks practically perfect again! A special thank you to service advisor was Parsia Keynejad (PK), and manager Hong Bang, for their outstanding service. Manager Hong went out of his way to see me before I left, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service as did PK. Everyone was responsive, kept me up-to-date on status of vehicle, professional, and on top of everything! Shop is AAA approved, I paid them directly my deductible, they do the rest with the insurance, making it easy. They also coordinated directly with Enterprise from beginning to end, and arranged the rental car pickup, so all I had to do was drop rental car off at Alioto's. They took care of the rest, which made the whole process incredibly easy and seamless. Between the excellent repair work and the outstanding customer service, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It made a stressful situation so much easier. I would absolutely recommend Alioto's Auto Body - Bayshore to anyone needing bodywork.
