Top tier service. Someone attempted to steal my car, smashed in the back driver side window, and ripped out part of the steering panel. We also had horrible weather as I was driving back from Illinois. 1Collision took care of everything. They made an appointment for me to get in right away for an estimate, schedule a rental, collaborated and coordinated with my insurance company. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t imagine better service. Thank you!!

Yes, absolutely. I’m willing to put my name on you guys. Besides all the other positive aspects of working with you, your bid was lower than the competition. Also, unbeknownst to us when we selected you, a friend has used you in the past and spoke highly of you. My only negative comment is a comment on the industry and not 1Collision. Both you and another repair shop estimated a charge for calibrating the sensors, an item that Lexus apparently lists as a “must do” item. The body shop owner we have trusted for 30 years back home said this work was unnecessary. So even though Lexus lists this item, it feels like it’s an industry practice to cushion a bid by adding this item. In the end you reduced the cost of calibrating which we very much appreciated. Given all other aspects of our experience, we will not hesitate to work with you again.
